After what seems like freakin ages, Universal have finally announced the opeing date for their long anticipated brand new park, Universal Epic Universe. It really is a once in a lifetime event - an entire theme park is set to open with 5 amazing new worlds to explore. Ticket FAQs
Q: I already have Universal Explorer Tickets for for 2025 - and my first day at a Universal park is booked for after 22nd May 2025 - Can I change my ticket to include Universal Epic Universe?
A: Yes. You can amend your existing Explorer ticket. You will just need to email us at info@orlandoattractiontickets.co.uk along with your booking number and we will be able to advise you further.
Q: How much will the new tickets cost?
A: Ticket prices will be released on the 22nd October 2024.
Q: Will you charge a fee to change my booking?
A: For all Universal Epic Universe amendments (Only) we will not be charging an amendment fee - you will only need to pay any difference in ticket costs should you choose to amended your booking.
Q: When will I be able to get my tickets?
A: Your tickets will be made available for you within your customer account once your balance has been paid. So from the 22nd of October onwards the shiny new tickets will be ready to go!
Q: Can I reserve the new tickets including Universal Epic Universe with a deposit?
A: Yes. You can secure your tickets with just a £10 Deposit per person!
Q Can I buy a combo ticket to include Universal Epic Universe?
A: Yes. Universal Epic Universe will be available in the following Orlando Attraction Tickets combo packages; The Ultimate Passport, The Orlando Passport, The Disney, Universal Switch Ticket, The Universal, SeaWorld Switch Ticket and The Universal, LEGOLAND Switch Ticket
Q: Can I just buy the Universal Epic Universe Ticket on its own?
A: No. In order to visit the new park you will need to buy the Universal 3-Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket. Remember, Your first visit to the park must be after the 22nd May 2025.

Q: Will I have to pre-book my visit to Universal Epic Universe?
A: No. No pre-booking is required. As long as you have a valid Universal Explorer Ticket that includes Universal Epic Universe you can choose the day you wish to visit the park from the ticket validity period.
Q: How big is Universal Epic Universe?
A: It's BIG! Universal Epic Universe is thought to be their largest park yet so you'll have plenty to explore!
Q: How far away from Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure is Epic Universe?
A: Universal Epic Universe is located several miles Southeast of the existing Universal parks. Its around a 10-15 minute drive. Complementary transport will be available for Universal Orlando Resort ticket holders.
